Terms and Conditions

  • Only Open Shelf item can be renewed through online.
  • The maximum renewal allowed is 2 times.
  • The renewal will extend another 2 weeks of period (please renew at least 1 day before expiry date).

    • Your renewal process may failed if:

  • The items has been reserved
  • Your ID card has expired
  • Items already overdue
  • You have already exceed the quota of the renewal
