SERVICES & FACILITIES

There are 7 discussion rooms available to support group discussions. Patrons are required to reserve the room via the online system and show the booking confirmation to obtain the room key. Click here to reserve the Discussion Rooms.

Rules & Regulations

1. Patrons who reserved the room are required to submit his/her INTI ID to the librarian to obtain a room key (Kindly return the key after opening the door).
2. The maximum usage is 1 hour per booking and per group of MINIMUM 3 PERSONS .
3. The reservations can be renewed for additional hour subject to the availability.
4. Advance reservations are allowed after 5:30pm .
5. The reservation will automatically be CANCELLED after 20 minutes late.
6. Please maintain a moderate noise level when using the Discussion Rooms as the rooms are not soundproof.
7. Please do not bring in or remove any furniture from a Discussion Room.
8. Eating, drinking, smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed inside the Discussion Rooms.
9. Failure to comply with library policies, rules and regulations will be grounds for the suspension of Discussion Room privileges.
10. Users are responsible for their personal property at all times, and should never leave items unattended. The Library is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.





Booking

The library users who wish to use the Libary Meeting Room may email to lfo.library@newinti.edu.my by providing details of the meeting such as date, time and reason. As for the student, kindly list down at least six (6) names with INTI Student ID for our records.

Rules & Regulations

1. The Meeting Room is open to all library users.
2. Please maintain a moderate noise level when using the Meeting Room as the room is not soundproof.
3. Please do not bring in or remove any furniture from a Meeting Room.
4. Eating, drinking, smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed inside the Meeting Room.
5. The person who booked the Meeting Room must collect the key from the Library Counter.
6. The maximum usage for student is 2 hours per group .
7. Failure to comply with library policies, rules and regulations will be grounds for suspension of Meeting Room privileges.
8. Users are responsible for their personal property at all times, and should never leave items unattended. The Library is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
