Discussion Rooms


There are 7 discussion rooms available to support group discussion.Patrons are required to reserve the room at the Circulation Counter and submitting at least three IDs to the librarian in order to obtain the room key.


1. Discussion Rooms can be reserved on a "First Come First Served" basis.
2. A minimum of three (3) INTI Student IDs are required to reserve a Discussion Room.
3. The maximum usage for a room is 1 hour per group.
4. Discussion Rooms are reserved for group study only and cannot be reserved for use by an individual.
5. No advanced reservations are allowed.
6. Reservations for Discussion Rooms can be renewed for additional hour subject to availability.
7. Reservation renewals can be done only at the end of the initial booking time.
8. Please maintain a moderate noise level when using the Discussion Rooms as the rooms are not soundproof.
9. Please do not bring in or remove any furniture from a Discussion Room.
10. Eating,drinking, smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed inside the Discussion Rooms.
11. Failure to comply with library policies, rules and regulations will be grounds for suspension of Discussion Room privileges.
12. Users are responsible for their personal property at all times, and should never leave items unattended. The Library is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
